What we do

The areas
we work in.

AI agents and systems that do real work

AI agents that process documents, classify requests and support quality decisions — with full human oversight. Computer vision for detection and quality control, and predictive models trained on client data. Deployed in an EU cloud or on dedicated infrastructure.

Hardware + AI: devices that understand what they see

We design the electronics, enclosure, firmware and AI model as one coherent product. Measurement stations, IoT sensors, computer vision running directly on the device — with no image data sent to the cloud. From 3D-printed prototype to pilot series.

Software built around the process

Web systems that bring order to processes previously run in spreadsheets and email threads. Complaints, labels, multilingual training, documentation — with ERP/MES integration, data encryption and GDPR compliance.

Solution areas

We combine software, AI and hardware in one team. Below are the areas where this combination delivers the most value.

Most projects combine expertise from several of these areas, which allows us to deliver complete, coherent solutions.

Deployments

The scope of our
deployments.

One team takes a project from concept to a working system — whether the starting point is a complete specification or just an idea.

Dedicated AI agents

An agent doing real work within a process: it reads documents, classifies requests and prepares decisions for approval.

AI-powered devices

A complete device design: electronics, enclosure, firmware and the AI model. From prototype to pilot series.

Process automation systems

A system that carries a process from request to report — replacing scattered email threads and spreadsheets. Complaints, labels, documentation.

Computer vision

A camera and a model on the production line: quality control, detection, counting — in real time, with no image data sent to the cloud.

Systems and data integration

Integration of existing systems (ERP, MES, CRM) and predictive models built on operational data.

Training and system maintenance

Team training in working with AI tools, plus ongoing maintenance and development of deployed systems.

The scope of cooperation is defined during an initial technology consultation.

Project title: QENSA

The project carried out by NEUROCORE Sp. z o.o. is co-funded by the European Union and covers the development and pre-deployment preparation of the Qensa AI system, which supports quality control processes in the food industry.

The project includes preparing a production-ready version of the system, integrating existing modules into a single solution, implementing a semantic data model and a decision engine, and building the frontend layer and the administration panel. It also covers preparing the product website, developing the pricing strategy and subscription packages, configuring mailing campaigns and Google Ads, participating in an industry event, and publishing promotional materials. In the final stage, pilot tests with customers, usage data analysis and iterative optimisation of the system will be carried out.

The project's target group consists of companies in the food sector, in particular people responsible for quality control, food safety and quality process management. The project's results will also benefit potential pilot customers and users looking for modern tools supporting documentation analysis, quality workflows and operational decision-making.

The aim of the project is to develop and prepare for commercialisation an innovative AI system supporting quality assurance processes in the food industry, and to verify its market viability through pilot, marketing and sales activities.

The result of the project will be a production-ready Qensa AI system, an operational marketing and sales infrastructure, completed pilot tests with customers and confirmed market interest in the solution, including the acquisition of at least 50 sales leads.
